Held on the iconic Great Lawn in Central Park, this annual event brings together thousands of global changemakers in celebration of unity, advocacy, and action.
This year, Relish proudly catered both the Ultimate VIP Experience and the Cisco VVIP Tent, delivering elevated culinary service to over 3,000 distinguished guests throughout a full day of festivities.

From sunrise to sundown, our experienced team orchestrated a seamless hospitality experience, offering event catering in NYC that combined culinary creativity, logistical precision, and impeccable service.
Global Citizen’s mission to end extreme poverty and protect the planet set the tone for the day. The event generated worldwide momentum:
- 4.3 million actions taken to fight climate change, improve education, and support global health
- $280 million raised for Amazon rainforest restoration
- 4.6 million homes in Africa committed to clean energy by 2030

VIP Hospitality Rooted in Sustainability and Flavor
In collaboration with Impossible Foods and Carbone Fine Food, Relish designed a fully vegetarian and vegan Great Lawn Grazing Station for the Ultimate VIP area. This plant-based catering in NYC highlighted locally sourced ingredients and globally inspired flavors.

The Relish culinary team designed the menu to complement the festival’s energy — dynamic, colorful, and globally inspired. Guests enjoyed a seamless progression of flavors throughout the day:
