Yes. Relish Catering + Hospitality offers full bar and beverage catering services. We’re a fully licensed catering company providing alcohol service, including custom cocktails from our in-house mixologists, curated wine and beer selections, and creative “soft bar” options like mocktails, smoothie stations, and coffee bars.
If your venue doesn’t hold a liquor license, we can secure a one-day special event liquor permit. All beverage services can be tailored to complement your menu and event style.

We recommend booking your event catering at least three to five weeks in advance to ensure availability and planning flexibility. However, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute event bookings whenever possible.

Each tray accommodates up to 20 guests, arrives ready for immediate service, complete with eco-friendly disposables, serving utensils, and professional presentation.

Yes, the event minimum for drop-off catering is $1,000 per order plus sales tax and delivery.

Yes, you can add bar services to a drop-off catering order. The Relish sales associate will assist with booking your bar package, bar equipment, rentals, staff and permit filing. Relish is fully licensed and insured to service alcohol in New York State.
