That’s a Wrap on 2025!

2025 is already coming to a close—how did that happen so quickly? Is it just me, or does time feel like it’s moving faster than ever? You blink, pause for a breath, and suddenly the year is behind you. And in that pause, you realize just how full, dynamic, and meaningful the year truly was.

After nearly 25 years of continuous operations, I head into the close of this year feeling deeply optimistic about what lies ahead. As we lean into 2026, I’m especially energized by the role technology—and AI in particular—will continue to play in our business. By helping us streamline and manage the more mundane day-to-day tasks (thank goodness), we’re able to free up time and mental space for what matters most at Relish: our clients, our people, and the partnerships that fuel collaboration and allow us to create truly memorable experiences.

Whoever coined the phrase “the devil is in the details” must have been an off-premises caterer. In our world, it really is all about the details. And with that in mind, I want to take a moment to give enormous credit to the incredible team at Relish Catering + Hospitality.

So much happens behind the scenes to ensure each event is executed seamlessly—work that clients may never see, but absolutely feel. From kitchen prep and pack-out to receiving, drivers, housemen, facilities, logistics, finance, and administration, these teams are the backbone of our operation. Their precision, care, and commitment cannot be overstated, and we are deeply grateful for all that they do.

Our talented Event Sales team, Event Planners, and Event Coordinators pour their hearts into crafting experiences that align beautifully with each client’s vision—always with care, professionalism, and thoughtfulness at every touch point. Our Culinary team continuously brings fresh ideas paired with exceptional operational expertise, influencing everything from design to execution. While we’re all technically “in sales,” our Marketing and Advertising team ensures our brands show up with clarity, creativity, and unmistakable Relish flair. Holding it all together is our Group Resource Department—the glue, as we like to say—bringing alignment across teams and helping drive collective success. We simply could not do this without them.

One of the things I love most about what we do at Relish is that our work engages all the senses. It’s experienced, not just observed—seen, tasted, felt, and shared. While we may not be saving lives, we are privileged to enhance them, creating meaningful moments and lasting memories through genuine hospitality.

Great food and great people build relationships—and relationships are what drive longevity. We are incredibly grateful for our diverse and inspiring mix of clients, many of whom have been with us for decades, spanning industries, missions, and moments worth celebrating. Each client, each event, and each partnership has helped shape Relish—pushing us to grow, adapt, and continuously innovate.

To our clients and our team: thank you for your trust, your collaboration, and your belief in what we do. I head into 2026 feeling excited, curious, and energized about what’s ahead—for us as a company, and for us as a community of people creating something meaningful together.
