A Year Filled with Excitement, Diversity, and Innovation

As the year comes to a close, Relish Catering + Hospitality in 2023 is still buzzing with the same excitement and enthusiasm that it started with. We’ve been busy hosting a wide range of events and celebrations, reflecting our diverse and creative clientele, our talented team, and the vibrant experiences we create.

We are grateful for our longstanding clients who have been with us for decades, and we’ve also welcomed new clients in 2023. Some highlights include forging new partnerships with venues, entering new management agreements, adding AI, biotech, and C-suite finance companies to our roster.

To meet the growing demands of our business, our team has expanded, bringing fresh perspectives and insights. We are constantly striving to innovate and support our clients’ hospitality vision.

Technology has played a pivotal role in our success this year. We’ve implemented new CRM software to better connect with our clients and improve workflow efficiency. We’ve also streamlined our advertising, marketing, and social media efforts through an integrated platform.

In our kitchen, Executive Chef Mark Russell has delved into the culinary world, focusing on sustainable, delicious, and beautifully presented menus.

At Relish Catering + Hospitality, gratitude and generosity are at the core of our ethos. We are privileged to support several remarkable organizations that tirelessly work to improve the lives of those in need in our community and throughout New York City. This year, we’ve donated 2,750 meals to Covenant House New York, supported their inaugural Art event, and volunteered our time for their cause. We’ve also partnered with SAGE Realty to boost their annual food drive in support of Food Bank NYC. All in all, Relish donated a total of 3,300 lbs. of food to those facing insecurity in 2023. Additionally, we’ve made in-kind donations to Athlete Ally, South Bronx United, Et Alia Theatre, St. Anne’s Church, and WIN (Women In Need).
