When some of the brightest minds in blockchain, Web3, and decentralized technology gather in one place, innovation never sleeps—and neither does the need for great food.
Relish Catering & Hospitality was proud to fuel ETHGlobal NYC 2026 at Metropolitan Pavilion, providing attendees with continuous food and beverage experiences throughout an action-packed weekend of hacking, building, networking, and collaboration. From the first cup of coffee on Friday morning to the final breakfast service on Sunday, our team was on-site ensuring participants had the energy they needed to bring their ideas to life.
ETHGlobal NYC once again transformed New York City into a hub for innovation, attracting developers, entrepreneurs, creators, and technology enthusiasts from around the world. The event welcomed an impressive 682 attendees, including 486 hackers who spent the weekend building solutions, experimenting with new technologies, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the Ethereum ecosystem.
Over the course of the weekend, participants created 232 projects while competing for more than $200,000 in prizes made possible through the support of 16 event partners. The energy throughout the venue was electric as teams collaborated around the clock, turning ambitious concepts into working products in just a matter of days.
Supporting a 24-hour hackathon environment requires a unique approach to hospitality. Unlike traditional conferences with defined meal periods, ETHGlobal attendees work through the day, late into the night, and often into the early morning hours. To meet those demands, Relish designed a comprehensive food and beverage program that kept participants fueled whenever inspiration struck.
Throughout the weekend, attendees enjoyed freshly brewed coffee, energizing breakfasts, satisfying lunches, hearty dinners, and a variety of snacks available between sessions and coding sprints. As the evening hours rolled on and projects entered critical development stages, our midnight snack offerings helped keep teams motivated and focused. By Sunday morning, breakfast service provided one final boost before project submissions, demos, and closing celebrations.
