Relish Catering + Hospitality was honored to partner once again with South Bronx United (SBU) for their 15th Annual Gala—an inspiring evening that celebrated community, impact, and the continued growth of an organization transforming lives across the South Bronx. Held at the iconic Prince George Ballroom, the 2025 gala marked a significant milestone: a record-breaking $500,000 raised to advance SBU’s mission of empowering youth through soccer, academic support, and leadership development.
Now serving more than 1,700 young people annually, SBU continues to demonstrate what meaningful, community-centered work can achieve. Their outcomes speak volumes—near-perfect high school graduation rates, outstanding college matriculation levels, and a growing roster of alumni who return as educators, coaches, mentors, and advocates. This year’s gala not only honored that progress but also looked ahead to the next chapter of opportunity and expansion.

The Prince George Ballroom once again provided a stunning backdrop for the celebration, offering guests a warm and elegant setting to reflect on SBU’s achievements.
