As a proud New York City native, Courtney began her journey at a culinary high school, initially planning to become a chef, however, her path evolved into something equally exciting. Her early passion for food led her to earn a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, where she discovered her true love for hospitality and creating meaningful, memorable guest experiences.
Before joining Relish, Courtney worked as an Event Manager at the United Nations, where she had the unique opportunity to collaborate with individuals from around the world. This experience broadened her perspective and deepened her appreciation for cultural connection, thoughtful service, and the impact of well-executed events.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen – cooking, experimenting with new recipes, and catering family gatherings alongside her mom, who is both her favorite partner and biggest inspiration. She also loves traveling, expressing creativity through doing hair, and spending quality time with family. A natural people-person, she thrives on building connections and takes pride in creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.
