Founded in 2001, Relish Catering & Hospitality was born in New York City with a clear vision: to bring thoughtful, chef-driven cuisine and genuine hospitality to every event, no matter the size or setting. From its earliest days, Relish stood out for its attention to detail, creative menus, and seamless execution—values that remain central to who we are today.
Claudine Revere built Relish with determination, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a woman entrepreneur in the fast-paced and demanding hospitality industry, she carved out a space that balanced high standards with heart. Her leadership has always emphasized collaboration, mentorship, and the belief that great events are powered by great people.
Over the years, Relish has grown into one of New York City’s premier catering and hospitality companies, trusted to deliver everything from corporate gatherings and conferences to weddings, social celebrations, and workplace dining programs. While the company has evolved, its foundation remains the same, hard work, integrity, and pride in every experience we create.
