Relish Catering + Hospitality recently hosted a delightful tasting to kick off summer at one of our exclusive venues, Oasis at 767 Third Avenue by SAGE. The chic and vibrant setting provided the perfect backdrop for an afternoon of culinary exploration and socializing, where guests enjoyed a lavish array of dishes and beverages.
The event kicked off with an assortment of passed hors d’oeuvres that delighted the senses. Guests savored carrot ginger mousseline served in delicate red Belgium endive cups and a refreshing rainbow carrot matchstick slaw. Another highlight was the Hamptons succotash, featuring a flavorful blend of zucchini, white beans, succotash, and quinoa. These light and colorful starters set the tone for the afternoon.
For the main course, Relish presented a mouthwatering spread of paellas. Our seafood paella, brimming with shrimp, cockles, and chorizo, transported guests to the coastal regions of Spain. The chicken paella, featuring roast chicken, chicken sausage, and saffron, offered a rich and comforting alternative. To conclude this culinary journey, guests indulged in chocolate demitasse with vegan cream and tropical fruit, as well as raspberry financier, a classic raspberry and almond cake. Drinks included beer, red and white wines, the refreshing Relish Spritz, and mocktail options.
