Originally from Los Angeles, Morgan Spillman made the move to New York in 2021, bringing with her a deep appreciation for vibrant culture, diverse cuisine, and meaningful connection. She is a proud graduate of Fordham University, where she earned her degree in Journalism and Communications. Her background spans catering, hospitality, marketing, and events—industries where she discovered her love for creating experiences that bring people together.
With a sharp eye for detail and a deep appreciation for culinary artistry, Morgan thrives on capturing moments that tell a story. Whether behind the camera or behind the scenes, she’s always looking for ways to highlight the beauty and emotion of food and the people who make it.
