  The Sixth Floor Loft is a 1200 sq ft loft, elegantly furnished, and with AV capability that is the perfect location to host your next intimate dinner party, press event, shower or cocktail event. This space can accommodate 30-40 seated and 50 standing. The Loft has limited availability.

• Spacious Studios 1

  

  Spacious Studios 1 is a breathtaking 3000 sq ft loft with 15’ ceilings, exposed brick wall, phenomenal daylight, and many other amenities, including sound system, WI-FI, AV equipment, in house furniture, a catering kitchen and much more. This space can accommodate 200 standing and 150 seated.

• Spacious Studios 2

  

  Spacious Studios 2 is a breathtaking 2000 sq ft loft with 15’ ceilings, exposed brick wall, phenomenal daylight, and many other amenities, including sound system, Wi-Fi, AV equipment, and much more. This space can accommodate 100 standing and 60-70 seated.

• Combined Spacious Studios 1 & 2

  Combined, Spacious Studios offers a seamless 5,000-square-foot layout for larger gatherings or events requiring multiple configurations, accommodating up to 300 guests standing or 200 seated.

• The Annex

  

  The Annex is a 3500+ sq ft loft with high ceilings, a mezzanine loft, and AV equipment, is the perfect canvas to be transformed into your next dream event, corporate meeting, photo and film shoot, fashion show, performance, and more. It can be combined with the Sixth Floor Loft to create a spacious 4800+ sq ft space. This space can accommodate 200 standing and 150 seated.
