Oasis was designed for productivity, collaboration, and socialization. Designed by Fogarty Finger, Oasis includes a Cafe Bar, Lounge, Winter Garden, Library, Forum (inclusive of a Town Hall, Training Center, Boardroom, and Salon Meeting Room), Terrace Garden, Breakout Studios, and a Meditation Studio.

• 15th Floor Outdoor Terrace

  

  Accommodates 239 people

  The wraparound Terrace Garden hosts various seating arrangements available for working, dining, and socializing, as well as private events.

• Winter Garden

  

  Accommodates 59 people

  A special event room for private dining, with banquette seating.

• Library

  

  Accommodates 58 people

  Expansive and filled with light, the Library hosts workspace optimal for individual productivity and small group collaboration.

• Forum A and B

  

  Accommodates 83 people

  Configurable meeting spaces that can be customized to our tenants needs, from a Town Hall, to a Training Center, a Boardroom, or a Salon Meeting Room. The Forum can be divided into Forum A and Forum B by an airwall.

• Parlor

  

  Accommodates 59 people

  During the initial launch period, the Cafe Bar hosts complimentary coffee and tea service from 8AM-12PM on Mondays through Fridays, along with occasional snacks and other surprises.

  Attached to the Cafe Bar, the Lounge provides seating to dine, work, and socialize.

  Soundproof rooms for private conversations and focused work.

• Meditation Studio

  

  Tucked away, the Meditation Studio provides a space for tranquility and private reflection.
