Spring 2025 Menu

This season we begin with tradition.  New York traditions found in the cultural flavors of our five boroughs. For Spring 2025, our culinary design team curated these traditions in partnership with our local Brooklyn fabricator, Wood Steel Stone.

With spring as our guide, explore with us, Korean small bites, old world classics revisited. Settle back for some southern hospitality.  Wonder the streets of Rome and Vienna.

Look for our new “Curl” hors d’oeuvres tray, or our “spoon-fern” tray. How about our “tree-top” tabletop etagere.

Try a leek and pea canape with a roasted shitake mushroom, A croquant of asparagus and artisanal cream and cheese, a playful K-Pop-idol sandwich, mom’s Sunday lasagna pomodoro, café selections from Vienna, rib sticking Gumbo.
