A highly skilled Executive Chef, Charles has held many executive roles throughout his career, including Executive Chef of the Tea Room. Charles has directed new concept origination, design, project management, as well as numerous activations in NYC, D.C and NE. Charles has also cultivated high-profile strategic partnerships with national entities such as the US Open, Madison Square Garden, New York Yankees, New York Giants, the Verizon Center, the Washington Nationals, and Restaurant Associates.
