To begin the month of March, the Relish team had the opportunity to work with Cheil, to cater a fun-filled few days at Samsung 837, in the Meatpacking district. We provided boxed lunches and beverage services for hungry content creators and staff that included vegan and vegetarian options as well as meat options.
One day of lunches included:

Cauliflower Steak with Herbed Vegan Mayo and Arugula on Ciabatta (V)

And we couldn’t forget dessert! With two to choose from, both were a hit; Chocolate Brownies and Carrot Cake Bites.
Our services didn’t stop there – Both the kitchen and sales team curated a luminous, instagrammable dessert station to replicate a day-glow theme. With assorted verrines, neon cupcakes, a rainbow cake, and colorful candy, the treats (for display only) glowed underneath a black light. The content creators could not resist to capture this moment!
