DINNER PARTY IN NYC
We had the pleasure of working with the talented team at Brickworks Design Studio to plan a beautiful cocktail hour and seated dinner to give a warm welcome to world class architects, designers, and developers – right in the stunning studio on 5th Ave.
Through and through, the details were immaculate – from gold silverware and marble tables, to passed hors d’oeuvres and a seated dinner, Executive Chef Mark and his team curated a delectable menu being sure to incorporate vegan and vegetarians options, too. A guest who enjoyed the Red Wine Braised Short Rib exclaimed it was “cooked ever so perfectly.” The night would not have been complete without a sweet – Strawberry Shortcake with white chocolate and crystalized violets.
