COVID-19 Safety
Relish Catering + Hospitality has a long history—20 years in the making!—of creating exceptional events while ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and their guests. As we navigate COVID-19, Relish will continue this practice in compliance with all government and CDC guidelines.
Relish Care Kitchen Guidelines
- Health and temperature checks are conducted for all employees and vendors before entering the office and kitchen areas
- We encourage a culture of “feel unwell, stay home!”
- All Relish employees are continuously trained on the latest CDC guidelines
- All employees will consistently wear masks and gloves while working
- Relish utilizes an Employee Health Screening Form, keeping track or our employees’ health and anyone entering our facilities
On-site Practices
- Only Relish employees will handle preparation, delivery and meal distribution. We do not source to third-party delivery services to ensure that only our trained staff are 100% in charge of your daily services
- All our employees, including delivery drivers, have been trained to follow CDC guidelines
- Health and temperature checks are conducted for all employees and guests before and on event days and before entering event spaces
- All employees will consistently wear masks and gloves while working
- We have established procedures to ensure the cleanliness and sterility of all venues, kitchens and service areas. Anything someone touches will be consistently and regularly sanitized
- Sanitation stations are available at every point of entry for guests and include masks for those who may not have remembered, as well as hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray
- Food protection is included for all chef-attended stations with buffet shields; plated meals are hand carried by staff wearing protective gear
Thank you,
The Relish Team
